DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY TWITTER HELPS WRITERS?

Almost every day I get a phone call or an email  asking me why Twitter is so important for writers. Simply put, it builds a community of interest around you, your work, and your subject. If you already have books, Twitter helps increase sales.

But, if you don't engage on Twitter and just lurk, it won't work for you.
