CONFERENCE OF INTEREST TO ALL WRITERS, NOT JUST ROMANCE NOVELISTS

Write On, Vancouver
Conference of the Romance Writers of America, Greater Vancouver Chapter

On the weekend of May 28 and 29, 2010, the Greater Vancouver chapter of the Romance Writers of America© will host its annual conference at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Richmond, BC.
This year, GVC is thrilled to offer a series of workshops and panels geared to help writers of every level, whether beginning or multi-published.
The keynote speaker is author Laura Resnick, who will offer the workshop "Story Development" and participate in a question-and-answer period with editors Martin Biro, Johanna Raisanen, and Leanne Salter, as well as the other guest speakers.

My guess is that this line-up will provide value to all writers, not just those working in the romance genre.

Other conference opportunities:
•    Mingle and network with fellow writers and guest speakers
•    Pitch your manuscript to an editor
•    Perfect your pitch with Eileen Cook
•    Build your brand with Terri Smolar
•    Character workshop with Nancy Warren
•    Q&A with an industry panel
